Fomena MP, Joe Osei Owusu Declared 1st and 2nd Deputy Speakers
The Members of Parliament for Bekwai and Fomena constituencies have been elected first and second deputy speakers of the 8th Parliament.
Joseph Osei Owusu was declared the First Deputy Speaker and he will be assisted Andrew Asiamah Amoako as the second deputy speaker.
Joseph Osei-Owusu was nominated NPP’s Osei Kyei-Mensah Bonsu and seconded NDC’s Haruna Iddrisu.
Andrew Asiamah Amoako was nominated Muntaka Mubarak and seconded Alexander Afenyo Markin.
