Covid test: ‘No installment, no access’ strategy conceded at Kotoka International Airport

The Ghana Airports Company Limited, after a gathering with global aircrafts working in the nation, has conceded the usage of the “No Payment, No Entry” strategy for all in-bound travelers.

The approach, which was to happened on Tuesday, September 15, 2020, required all travelers to pay online for the compulsory COVID-19 test at Kotoka International Airport before loading up of their flight.

After the crunch meeting, the GACL has conceded the usage of the approach to Monday, September 21, and considered other installment choices.

Ghana on September 1, 2020 opened its air space for worldwide flights and founded an obligatory testing system upon appearance for all global travelers at an expense of US$150 or level pace of GH¢ 900.
